Privacy Policy

Unless otherwise stated below, the provision of your personal data is neither legally nor contractually required, nor necessary for the conclusion of a contract. You are not obliged to provide the data. Non-provision has no consequences. This applies only insofar as no other information is provided in the subsequent processing operations.

Server Log Files

You can visit our websites without providing any personal information.

Customer-Initiated Contact by Email

If the contact relates to pre-contractual measures (e.g. inquiries regarding purchase interests, preparation of an offer) or to an existing contract, the processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR.

If the contact is for other reasons, the processing is carried out in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR based on our overriding legitimate interest in processing and responding to your request. In this case, you have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning you based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR.

We use your email address solely to process your request. Your data will then be deleted in compliance with statutory retention periods, unless you have consented to further processing and use.


Collection and Processing via Contact Form

Customer Account

When opening a customer account, we collect your personal data in the scope provided. The processing serves to improve your shopping experience and to simplify order processing.

The processing is based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time by notifying us, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out based on consent before revocation. Your customer account will then be deleted.

Collection, Processing and Disclosure of Personal Data for Orders

When you place an order, we collect and process your personal data only to the extent necessary for the fulfillment and processing of your order as well as handling your inquiries. The provision of the data is necessary for the conclusion of the contract. Failure to provide it means no contract can be concluded.

The processing is carried out pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. b GDPR and is necessary for the performance of a contract with you.

Your data may be passed on to shipping companies, dropshipping providers, payment service providers, order processing service providers, and IT service providers, as required. In all cases, we strictly observe the legal requirements, and the extent of data transmission is limited to a minimum.


Reviews / Marketing

Data Collection for Comments

When commenting on an article or contribution, we collect your personal data (name, email address, comment text) only to the extent provided. The processing serves to enable comments and display them. By submitting the comment, you consent to the processing of the transmitted data.

Processing is based on your consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time by notifying us, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out prior to revocation. Your personal data will then be deleted.

Use of Email Address for Newsletter

We use your email address independently of contract execution exclusively for our own marketing purposes to send newsletters, provided you have expressly consented.

Processing is carried out based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in the newsletter or by notifying us. After unsubscribing, your email address will be removed from the mailing list.


Shipping Service Providers / ERP

Forwarding of Email Address to Shipping Companies

We forward your email address to the shipping company if you have expressly agreed to this during the ordering process. The forwarding serves to inform you via email about the shipping status.

Processing is carried out based on your consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time by notifying us or the shipping company.

Use of an External ERP System

We use an external ERP system for order processing under a data processing agreement. For this purpose, your personal data collected during the order process is transmitted to:

  • EasyCredit Installment Purchase → Data may be transmitted to TeamBank AG, Beuthener Str. 25, 90471 Nuremberg, pursuant to Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR.
